The remove clients from the waitlist feature in Pogozo makes it easy to keep your waitlist organised and up to date. This is especially helpful when a client has already booked an appointment, no longer needs a spot, or has cancelled their interest.
By keeping your waitlist current, you can ensure that only active and interested clients are listed, making it easier to fill openings quickly and efficiently.
To remove a client from the waitlist, start by opening the Pogozo calendar and clicking on the waitlist tab. This will display all clients currently on your waitlist.
Next, choose the client you wish to remove. On the right-hand side of their name, click the three dots. From the menu that appears, select remove client from waitlist.
A confirmation pop-up will appear, click remove to finalise the action.
Once completed, the client will no longer appear on your waitlist.
