How to add clients to a class waitlist

How to add clients to a waitlist for single and recurring classes when a class is full.

Sometimes a client wants to book into a class, but there are no available spots at the moment. Instead of trying to remember or jotting it down, you can add them directly to your Pogozo class waitlist.

Adding a client to the waitlist for a single class

Go to Calendar and click on the class you want to add the client to the waitlist for. The class details drawer will open.

Click Add to waitlist.

A pop-up will appear where you can search for the client's name. Select the client(s) you want to add.

Then click Add to waitlist.

The client will now appear in the waitlist section for that class. When a spot opens up, click Add to class next to their name to move them into the participants list.

TIP: You can set up automatic notifications via email, SMS, or push notification to alert clients when a spot becomes available - set this up under your Class type communications settings.


Adding a client to the waitlist for a recurring class

Go to Calendar and click on the class you want to add the client to the waitlist for. The class details drawer will open.

Click Add to waitlist.

A pop-up will appear where you can search for the client's name. Select the client you want to add.

Tick Add client to a recurring waitlist.

Enter the number of occurrences you'd like to add them to the waitlist for, then select the days.

Click Add client to waitlist.

The client will now appear in the waitlist section for all of the selected classes.
When a spot opens up in any of those classes, click Add to class next to their name to move them into the participants list.
