More than your standard appointment and class confirmation and reminders, the automated communications are a collection of ready to go SMS, email and push notifications.

They cover a range of notification topics such as welcome emails, invoices and payments, waitlist and memberships.

You can choose which notifications you want to make active or inactive and you can also customise the notification wording to suit you business needs.

Understanding the Automated Communications

Go to Settings, Communication and marketing and click on Automate Communications.

Review the list of automated communications. The trigger column explains when the communication will be sent and who is the intended recipient. Some automated communications are for the client and others are for your team.

Editing the Automated Communications

Go to Settings, Communication and marketing and click on Automate Communications.

The toggle allows you to make the automated active or inactive. A green toggle indicates that the automation is active. A grey toggle indicated that the automation is inactive. To change the status of the notification click the toggle.

You can customise the wording of the notifications that send. Click on the action button at the end of the notification row.

Then click Edit. You can customise the notification to include information specific to your business. Click here for more information about editing emails, SMS and push notification templates as well as the placeholders available.

Once you have made the changes don't forget to click save.
