Global notification settings allows you to turn off email, SMS and/or push notifications for specific features. For example during a transition from your old system to Pogozo you may wish to turn off appointment and class notifications so your clients aren't receiving notifications from two different systems.
These settings override all other settings in Pogozo, if they are turned off here, they will not send.
Change global notification settings
Go to Settings, Communication and Marketing and you'll arrive at the page for Communication settings.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to Notification settings.
If you want to turn the notification type on, click the box and it should show a green box with a white tick. If you want to turn the notification off, click the box and make sure the box is blank.
One you have made your changes, click the Update changes button to save.
