The appointment waitlist in Pogozo makes it easier to manage client bookings when your schedule is full. Keeping track of requests for earlier appointments via the waitlist, allows you to easily fill any cancelled or rescheduled appointments.
There are two ways your team can add clients into the appointment waitlist:
Add clients directly to the waitlist
Add clients when creating an appointment
Your clients can add themselves to the waitlist too when booking via the Pogozo mobile app or your website booking link.
Managing the waitlist
You can find your appointment waitlist with your calendars. From the side menu head to Calendars then select waitlist.
Your waitlist will show all clients who have been added to the waitlist by your team, or have added themselves to the waitlist when booking an appointment. You can edit to update details or delete clients from the waitlist.
TIP To ensure the waitlist is always current, clients will automatically be removed form the waitlist after their next appointment.
Add a client directly to the waitlist
Go to your Pogozo Calendar page click on the Waitlist tab.
To add a client to the waitlist, select the "add client to waitlist" button.
βSearch and select the client you wish to add to the waitlist. Fill in the required details, including the appointment type, preferred practitioner(s), and preferred days and times of the week. You can also add any additional notes if needed.
Then click add client to waitlist at the bottom to save.
Add a client to the waitlist when creating an appointment
Go to Calendar and click on the Appointments calendar.
Click on the calendar to make an appointment.
While creating the appointment you have an option to Add client to waitlist.
Click that link and choose the preferred day and time. You can also add waitlist notes if needed.
Once you have completed all of the details for both the appointment and the waitlist, click on Create new appointment at the bottom of the window.
Once saved, the client will be booked in for the appointment and be added to the waitlist for an early appointment.
