Creating an Everyone audience is perfect for sending out communications to your whole database. You might use this audience for general newsletters, important information or updated.

You can also use an Everyone audience in a lot of automated sequences such as cancellation and DNA follow ups, birthday emails, milestone celebrations and much more.
To create an Everyone audience go to Settings, click on Communications and Marketing then on Audience and Create New Audience.
Give your audience a name, something like Everyone, All clients etc we suggest using something that is simple and clear. Then select Clients.
For clients with either an active or active status choose All. If you only want your audience to include active clients then choose Active.
TIP Creating an All inactive client and All active clients audiences can be handy too!
Scroll to the bottom and click Save audience. You can now use this audience to send emails, text messages or notifications to all of the clients in your data base.
