Some things are worth celebrating and we think milestones are one of them!
You can celebrate with your clients when they attend their 1st class, 50th class or 500th class.
For this sequence we recommend using your Everyone audience.
To create your milestone automated sequence go to Settings, Communications and Marketing, Automated sequence and Create new sequence.
Choose a name for your sequence. We recommend something simple and easy to identify. For example Class Milestone sequence, Attended 10/50/100 classes etc.
Tick the checkbox User goes through the flow once. This ensures that the user only receives each milestone email once.
Click + to Add your audience. Select the audience. We suggest the Everyone audience but you can select any audience you wish.
Click on the + to add the first step of your sequence.
Choose Trigger
Then select the trigger Classes for class attendance milestones or Appointments for appointment attendance milestones. We will use classes for this example.
Next select Number of attended classed.
Then choose the number of classes to be attended (celebrated!) and the class types of which attendance should be include and click Next.
Then click on the + to add the next step of your sequence. This is what should happen when the client attends the number of classes chosen in the step before.
You could choose to send an Email, SMS or Push notification (or all three!) straight away. Or you could choose to wait 24 hours and send the notifications the next day.
To delay the notification choose Timing or to send it straight away, choose the notification type. In this example we are going to send an Email straight away.
Once you have selected Email you can choose either a simple or a fancy template, or you can create an email from scratch. Once finished, Save the email.
You can complete your sequence at this point if you want with just a single trigger and single notification.
Alternatively you could press the + and follow the steps above to move onto the next milestone (for example 50 classes). You can continue to create as many milestones as you want in a single sequence. For example you might create a trigger at 50 classes, 100 classes, 200 classes etc.
Once you have finished your sequence don't forget to Save it.
