Creating a Recall audience is essential for sending out communications to clients who haven't been to your clinic in a while. These audiences can be used in automated sequences such as reactivation campaigns or in once off emails or SMS.

To create a Recall audience go to Settings, click on Communications and Marketing then on Audience and Create New Audience.

Give your audience a name, something like Recall 90 days or Last appointment 6 months ago, we recommend using something that is simple and clear.

In the client section we suggest selecting Active clients. We suggest leaving the rest of the client details black, however you can narrow down the audience further for a more specific recall audience.

Next select Appointments for appointment recalls or select Class for class recalls. In the example below we are going to create an appointment recall. Select the appointment details including location, appointment category, appointment type and practitioners.

For example we want to create a recall for all clients who have been to either of our clinic locations for a massage. We have selected all clinic locations, appointment category massage, all of our massage appointment types and all of our practitioners.

Next you need to select is the timing of the appointments. For recalls, we are interested in when the client's last appointment was. In the Last appointment drop down choose From.

We are going to do a 90 day recall so want to capture anyone who has their last appointment 90-91 days ago.

Scroll to the bottom and click Save audience. You can now use this audience to send emails, text messages or notifications to all of the clients in your data base.
