Keeping all of your client documents in one place is easy with Pogozo. Documents can be created in Pogozo from scratch, with Pogozo templates or you can simply add PDFs such as scanned doctors letters.
There are four types of documents:
Document - allows you to pull through any document templates you have created in Pogozo. Most Pogozo businesses create templates for documents such as letters, reports, exercise programs, treatment plans etc.
Waiver - can be linked to specific classes, appointments or memberships. Your waiver might include things like risks associated with a particular class type, your photo and video policy or specialised consent forms. You can also send waivers to a client at anytime for any type of agreement. For example, you could use waivers to create an NDIS service agreement.
Contracts - can be linked to memberships and classes. Your contract might include things like terms and conditions for billings or your memberships cancellation policy. You can also send contracts to a client at anytime for any type of agreement. For example, you could use contracts to create an NDIS service agreement.
Other - is best for when you want to upload scanned PDFs or other documents such as imaging reports, letters etc. You don't need to add a template when uploading documents this way.
Clients documents are kept in the clients individual profile. Select Client, you can then search for the clients name in the search bar.
To access the clients profile you can click on the client's name or select View.
In the client profile select Documents.
From here you can see all of the client's current documents. To add a new document select Create new document.
Select the type of document you want to create.
You can then select a template.
Once populated you can then edit the template to customise your document.
You can also drag or search to attach additional documents such as a PDF.
Once the document is completed don't forget to select Save document.
