Pogozo makes it easy to create a digital contract. You can use contracts to create signed agreements between your business and clients.
What is the difference between a contract and a waiver in Pogozo?
Contracts can be linked to memberships and classes. Your contract might include things like terms and conditions for billings or your memberships cancellation policy.
Waivers can be linked to specific classes, appointments or memberships. Your waiver might include things like risks associated with a particular class type, your photo and video policy or specialised consent forms.
You can also send waivers and contracts to a client at anytime for any type of agreement. For example, you could use either waivers or contracts to create an NDIS service agreement.
To create a contract, on the main menu go to Settings.
Then click on Documents & Templates and then Contracts.
Click the + Create new contract button.
Fill in the contract information.
