After creating your documents, letters, contracts or waivers you can send them straight from Pogozo to your clients or third party contacts in just a few steps. You can also download documents as a PFD and send it from your own personal email if you'd prefer.
Send documents to a client
Go to clients and select the client you would like to email a document to.
Once you’re in their profile, click on the documents tab and all of the client's documents should be listed here. If you haven't yet written the letter, or created the document you will have to do that first.
Once you have found the document click the three dots.
To email the document to the client select Email to client.
A pop-up will appear with the client’s email address already filled in. In some cases (such as emailing forms and invoices) we will pre-populate a template for you that has the specific links attached.
You can either use the pre-filled email or you can switch to one of your saved email templates or write the email from scratch.
Once your email is ready to go click Send document.
The document will then be delivered directly to your client’s email.
Send documents to a client contact (third party) or family
When sending a document to a third party you need to ensure the recipient has been added to the client's profile as a contact. To reduce the chance of sending private information to the wrong person, only contacts linked to the client will appear in the Email to other drop down list.
Go to clients and select the client you would like to email a document on behalf of.
Once you are in their profile, click on the documents tab and all of the client's documents should be listed here. If you haven't yet written the letter, or created the document you will have to do that first.

To email the document to the client select Email to other.
A pop-up will appear with a drop down of all of the client contacts, select which contact you wish to send the document to.
