Pogozo makes it easy to create a digital waiver that can be used to help keep your business and clients safe. You can use waivers to create signed agreements between your business and clients.
What is the difference between a waiver and a contract in Pogozo?
Waivers can be linked to specific classes, appointments or memberships. Your waiver might include things like risks associated with a particular class type, your photo and video policy or specialised consent forms.
Contracts can be linked to memberships and classes. Your contract might include things like terms and conditions for billings or your memberships cancellation policy.
You can also send waivers and contracts to a client at anytime for any type of agreement. For example, you could use either waivers or contracts to create an NDIS service agreement.
To create a waiver, on the main menu go to Settings.
Then click on Documents & Templates and then Waivers.
