The No upcoming bookings report lists clients who have no future appointment or class booked, so you can spot who has drifted away and follow up to re-book them. A client appears here when nothing is scheduled ahead for them, neither an appointment nor a class.

One row per client who has nothing booked in the future, listing each client with their contact details, their usual location, and the team member associated with them so you know who to reach out to.

This report is a list. It shows individual records, not calculated totals, so there are no formulas to explain here.

The report looks only at whether a client has a future booking. Clients with any upcoming appointment or class are excluded, so what's left is everyone with an empty diary going forward.
