What this report shows
The Class attendance report shows how your classes are performing — bookings, cancellations, late cancellations and no-shows — so you can spot trends and see exactly who's booked into each class. It opens all three reports on one page: Class attendance, Class attendance details and Class attendance list.
How to open it
Reports → Appointments/Classes/Memberships → Class attendance report.
Class attendance (bar graph)
A bar graph of class bookings over time.
Reporting period — Daily (a Monday–Sunday week, one bar per day), Weekly (52 weeks of a year) or Monthly (12 months).
Week containing (Daily) or Year (Weekly/Monthly).
Location, Class type, Class category and Team member.
Status — defaults to Booked and DNA; add Cancellations and Late cancellations as needed.
The graph updates automatically as you change filters.
Class attendance details
A table with one row per class — Class name, Class time, Team member, Booked, Cancellations, Late cancellations, DNA and Utilisation. As well as the filters above it adds Date, a Time from/to range (a class is included if it falls wholly or partly within it) and a Weekdays picker. It generates once at least one filter is set.
Tip: a recurring class (like a "Yoga 6am" that runs every day) shows as a single line with the totals added up across your date range — not one line per occurrence.
Class attendance list
A row for every individual booking, using the same filters as the details report — Class name, Class time, Team member, Client name, Client email, Client phone and Status (Booked, Cancelled, Late cancelled or DNA).
