What this report shows

The New memberships report shows the memberships that started in the period you're looking at, and how new sign-ups have trended over time. Use it to track how many new members you're bringing on and when.

What's on the page

Membership over time (chart)

A column chart showing how many new memberships started in each period across the range you choose, so you can see your sign-up trend at a glance.

New memberships table

One row per new membership, with these columns:

  • Name — the member.

  • Email — the member's email address.

  • Membership Title — the membership they signed up to.

  • Location — the business location.

  • Date Subscribed — when the membership started.

This report is a list, it shows individual records, not calculated totals, so there are no formulas to explain here.

Filters and options

See Filters and date ranges for Location, Membership and the date controls. A membership is counted as "new" based on the date it started, so the date controls decide which sign-ups appear.

Printing and exporting

See Printing and exporting reports for how print and export work and the 1,000-row PDF limit.
