What this report shows
The Active memberships report shows how many memberships are currently active, how that number has trended over time, and the breakdown of today's active memberships by type. Use it to keep an eye on the size and make-up of your membership base and to see the individual members behind the totals.
How to open it

What's on the page
Number of Active Membership over time (chart)
A column chart showing how many memberships were active in each period across the date range you choose, so you can see whether your active membership base is growing or shrinking.
Active memberships today (pie chart)
A pie chart of your currently active memberships, split by membership type. Each slice is one membership type, and its size is that type's share of all active memberships right now.
What counts as "active today": a membership is counted here when it is still live today. They include memberships that are active, on hold, pending, on a trial, or overdue on payment, and as long as it hasn't been deactivated, it started on or before today, and it hasn't expired. "Today" is worked out in your business's own time zone, so the count matches your local day rather than a server day.
Active memberships table
One row per active membership, with these columns:
Name = the member.
Email = the member's email address.
Membership Title = the membership they're on.
Location = the business location.
Date Subscribed = when the membership started.
This table is a list of individual members. The only calculated figure on this page is the pie chart's slice share, explained in How the numbers are calculated below.
Filters and options
See Filters and date ranges for Location, Membership and the date controls.
Option specific to this report:
Exclude fully-used pass cards is an option to leave out memberships whose pass card has already been completely used up, so the counts reflect only memberships that still have visits remaining.
How the numbers are calculated
The "Active memberships today" pie share is a simple proportion of counts
Pogozo only sends the count of active memberships for each type, plus the overall total. It does not send a percentage. Each slice's share is worked out in your browser as a plain proportion of those counts.
Slice share = that membership type's active count ÷ the total active count
Worked example: you have 30 active memberships today, and 12 of them are on your "Gold" membership. The Gold slice = 12 ÷ 30 = 40% of the pie. The underlying member list itself has no per-row calculations — it just lists the active memberships.
