Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an additional security measure used to protect your Pogozo account.
Along with your email and password, you'll be asked to enter a verification code.
This code is delivered to your email. That means anyone trying to access your account would need your email address, your password, and access to your inbox.
This extra layer of protection is crucial because it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access to your account. We recommend that all users turn on two-factor authentication.
How to turn on 2 factor authentication
Go to Settings, Business and scroll down to Sign in settings.
Use the drop down menu Turn on 2 factor authentication to select Yes
Don't forget to click update details, and you're done! All team members signing into your business now required a 2 factor authentication.
Signing in with 2 factor authentication
If your business has turned on 2 factor authentication your sign in process just has an extra step.
Go to the Pogozo sign in page as usual and enter your email.
Select your business and click sign in, then enter your password.
You will then have a new step asking you to enter a verification code. The four digit one time password code will be emailed to you. Enter the 4 digit code and press Verify OTP.
That's it! You should now have access to your Pogozo account.
