Team members signing into Pogozo for the first time

Team members can be added to Pogozo two ways, via a data transfer if coming from a previous system or by Adding a team member from inside Pogozo.

When adding a team member to Pogozo, team members will be sent a welcome email letting them know they have been added to Pogozo along with a temporary password they can use to log into Pogozo for the first time.

After logging in with the temporary password the team member will be required to set a new password.

The new password will need:

The team member can then return to the login page and use your new password to log into your Pogozo account.

If the team member has misplaced the email, or you have turned the welcome emails off, they can use the forgot password flow below to set a new password.

When adding team members via data transfer they will not be notified they have been added to Pogozo. This allows the business owner more control for when different team members access to their Pogozo account during the data transfer and set up stage.

Once you are ready for your team members to start using Pogozo they will need to create a new password using the Forgot password workflow below.

On the Pogozo login page enter your email address and click Sign in now.

If you use the same email address for multiple businesses you will need to choose which business you'd like to reset your password for and then click Select company and continue.

Click the Forgot Password? link.

Enter the email address associated with your Pogozo account and click the button Please send me the link!

You will receive an email with a reset password link. Sometimes this email may end up in your spam/junk folder so if you can't see it, we recommend checking your junk mail just in case.

Click the link in your email and type in your new password.
