The Pogozo app was designed as a companion app to the web version of Pogozo. It is best used "on the go" in classes or when triaging on the sporting field
TIP Team members will need an existing profile with the business to use the Pogozo mobile app. A team member account cannot be created from the within app itself.
To get started you will need to download the Pogozo App onto your device. Pogozo is available in both the Apple and Google Play stores.
Open your App store and search for Pogozo.
Now that you have the Pogozo app on your device, you can sign into all of your existing Pogozo account.
Signing into the Pogozo mobile app for the first time
If the business you work at has transferred transferred your profile from another system you will first need to reset your password.
Open the Pogozo app and click Sign in.
Select the Coach sign in option and enter your email address, then click Sign in.
If you work at multiple businesses that use Pogozo and use the same email address, a list of all the businesses will show. Select the business you wish to sign into and press Continue.
Next click on Forgot password? link.
Enter your email address and click Retrieve password.
An email will be sent to your account with a 4 digit verification code. Enter the verification code and select continue.
You will then be prompted to create a new password.
Your new password will need:
A capital letter
A lower case letter
A number
One of these special characters [@ $ ! % * ? & #]
And be more than 8 characters long
Once you have chosen a new password and follow the prompts. You should then arrive at your personalised Pogozo dashboard.
Signing into the Pogozo mobile app
Open the Pogozo app and click Sign in.
Select the Coach sign in option and enter your email address, then click Sign in.
If you work at multiple businesses that use Pogozo and use the same email address, a list of all the businesses will show. Select the business you wish to sign into and press Continue.
Enter your password for that business and select continue. You should now be directed to your personalised dashboard fo that business.
Do you use Pogozo for multiple businesses and need to switch between them? Unlike the mobile app for clients, you will need to sign out and sign into your business each time. This is an extra layer of security to ensure your client's privacy if protected.
