Resetting your password via the mobile app.

Whether you're signing in for the first time or you have just forgotten your password and want to update it on the fly.

Whether you're signing in for the first time or you have just forgotten your password and want to update it on the fly below are the steps to reset your password. This password it the same for both the mobile app and your website login.

Open the Pogozo app and click Sign in.

Select the Coach sign in option and enter your email address, then click Sign in.

If you work at multiple businesses that use Pogozo and use the same email address, a list of all the businesses will show. Select the business you wish to sign into and press Continue.

Next click on Forgot password? link.

Enter your email address and click Retrieve password.

An email will be sent to your account with a 4 digit verification code. Enter the verification code and select continue.

You will then be prompted to create a new password.

Your new password will need:

  • A capital letter

  • A lower case letter

  • A number

  • One of these special characters [@ $ ! % * ? & #]

  • And be more than 8 characters long

Once you have chosen a new password and follow the prompts. You should then arrive at your personalised Pogozo dashboard.
