This feature is helpful because it allows you to stay organised and easily track what still needs attention, whether it’s completing a note, confirming payment, or checking attendance.
In the calendar view, you’ll notice different icons within each appointment block.
Each icon represents a specific update or action related to that appointment.
When you see a “D”, it means the treatment note for that appointment has been saved as a draft.
A “P” indicates that the treatment note is published and finalised.
If there’s a red dollar sign, it means the appointment’s invoice is still unpaid.
While a green dollar sign shows that the payment has already been settled.
A green calendar icon means the client has checked in for their appointment.
Whereas a red calendar icon indicates that the client did not show up.
By learning what each icon means, you can easily monitor the progress of appointments, payments, and client attendance all from one view.
