At Pogozo we understand that appointments and classes aren't the same thing, that is why we've split the appointment and class calendars. Don't worry though, if you take both appointments and classes you can still see your entire day in one calendar view . To understand more about the two calendars you can read about them here.
You can set up the time range on each calendar differently to suit each service.
On the main menu go to Settings. Click on the the sub-menu Appointments, Classes & Memberships and then Appointment Settings.
You'll see a range of different settings to fill in, we have added in a few default settings but these can be changed to suit your business. Here is what the settings mean:
Display location by colour. In Pogozo you can adjust the colour that available time appears in the Calendar. You can set a colour for each location making it easy to tell them apart.
Display Time Increments - you can break your calendar up into "time blocks" so it is easier to choose the right time on the calendar. We recommend you create your "time blocks" in increments similar to your usual appointment length. If you offer 30 minute appointments, then increments of 15 or 30 minutes will probably suit your diary.
Choosing 30 minute increments will show blocks of 30 minutes on the hour and half past the hour. Increments of 15 minutes will show blocks on the hour and at 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 45 minutes past the hour.
Display height. This setting controls the height of the time slots in your Calendar, it also adjusts the size of the appointment tiles. You can choose from four options - small, medium, large, and extra large. Below is an example of the small and large options.
Hours of Operation - is when your calendar will begin and end. If your day is usually 7:00am until 5:00pm you can choose these times for your calendar and it will look like this.
Leave small gap next to appointments. If yes is selected the bookings in the Calendar will have a gap to the right of the booking so you can easily add multiple bookings to the same time slot.
Show current time indicator. If you select Yes a red line will appear across the diary showing the current date and time. This can make it really quick and easy to visually see where you are.
Select order of team members on appointment calendar. By default this option is set to No, and the providers appear in alphabetical order in the Calendar.
If you want to change the order of the providers in the Calendar you can do this by selecting Yes from the dropdown menu, a list of providers will appear which you can adjust by dragging and dropping the team members names.
Once completed don't forget to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update Changes. You can come back to this page and change your settings at any time.
