The Website Booking Builder allows you to create your own unique booking pages and links that you can share across your website, social media, or any other online platform.
While the Pogozo mobile app is the easiest way for clients to manage their bookings, the website booking links can be great for new clients or clients who are unable to download the app.
You can embed the link directly into your website using the generated code, or add the link to a button or hyperlink.
Your classes booking link will display as a weekly or daily timetable so clients can easily see what classes are coming up.
Creating a website booking link for classes
To create a booking link for classes, start by going to Settings, select Appointments, Classes and Memberships, and select Website Booking Builder.
Next you will need to select the specifics of what you would like to show in your booking link.
TIP If you leave a field blank it will create a booking link with everything in that field. This is a great option for your main booking link as any changes to classes such as adding new class types or locations will automatically include them.
However if for example, you select specific class types and then in the future add new class types, they will not automatically be selected and you may need to create new booking links for your website each time you add new class types.
Services, the booking links for appointments and classes are different. If you are creating a booking link for classes you should select Classes.
Location choose from your business locations. Selecting a single location can be a good choice for location specific pages on your website.
Practitioner or coach who will provide the appointment. Selecting specific practitioners/coaches can be good if you have specific team member pages on your website.
Class Type are the class types you want to show on the calendar.
TIP Class types will appear in the drop down list based on the settings of that class type. If the class type is not available to be booked online it will not appear in this list. To make the class available for online bookings you will need to update the individual class type settings.
Calendar View, allows you to choose if the link should display a weekly schedule or a daily schedule as a default.
Once all the information is entered, click on Generate.
Your unique link will appear under Your Booking URL. You can copy this link by clicking on Copy URL, which makes it ready to paste onto your social media, turn into a QR code using external tools, or share wherever your clients can easily access it.
If you prefer to embed the booking directly into your website, you can also copy the code provided by clicking Copy code and add it into your site
