Allowing your clients to book their own classes through the Pogozo mobile app can streamline your administration work and give your clients the freedom to manage their bookings at a time that is convenient to them.
We have two levels of settings for class bookings - global settings that apply to all classes and class type specific settings.
If you're looking for appointment booking settings head to Online and in-app appointment bookings.
To manage the global class bookings settings on the main menu go to Settings.
Click on the the sub-menu Appointments, classes & memberships and then Class settings.

Below we'll run through the global settings that apply to all classes.
Managing cancellations
Your clients can be given the ability to manage all aspects of their appointments including cancellations through the Pogozo mobile app. If clients are able to cancel their own classes (which is a specific class type setting) you can set a minimum notice for cancellations. Clients will be able to cancel their appointments at anytime outside the cancellation notice period.

You can automatically charge for cancellations inside the minimum notice for cancellation timeframe. To enable an automatic charge for cancellations select the check box Automatically charge for cancellation and enter your cancellation amount.
Once the minimum cancellation period had passed:
Clients will not be able to cancel their appointment and will be directed to call the business to make their cancellation or
If the business chooses to charge a cancellation fee, clients will be able to cancel their appointment if they accept to be charged the cancellation fee. This option is only available for businesses that are integrated with Stripe.
Class availabilities
You can choose which classes are available to be booked online or through the mobile app when you set up the class type itself.
Lead time for bookings is how close to a class start time a client can book a class online. For example if your lead time is 2 hours, at 8am clients will be able to book classes from 10am onwards for that same day.
Once you have customised the settings to suit your business don't forget to scroll down to the bottom and Update Changes. You can come back to the settings and update then at any time.
