Clicking Chat to us will open up a chat box within your Pogozo account. You can chat to our AI chat bot - Freddie. Freddie was named after our founder Alex's golden Labrador. He is available to chat with 24/7.
Freddie pulls answers from our how-to guides, previous conversations he has had with other businesses on the same topic or sometimes an answer that the team have pre-prepared. He is pretty good at what he does!
You can also ask Freddie to assign your conversation to a team member if you're just not getting the answer you're looking for. Just ask Freddie to connect you with a human and one of our team will answer your questions.
