Assigning a dependent or guardian status in Pogozo allow families or care givers to assign control of a client's bookings, communications and payments to another person. For example a Mum might be the guardian for her three dependent children.
If a husband and wife share an email address they may choose to make one of them a guardian and one a dependent so they can share the same log in and both receive communications to the same email address, phone number and mobile app.
When you assign a dependent status to a client in Pogozo, the guardian will be able to:
Switch to the dependents profile in the mobile app to make bookings, cancellations, payments and view documents and invoices on behalf on the dependent
Receive all notifications for the dependent including emails, SMS and push notifications
TIP Dependents do not have their own log in, email or phone number assigned to their client profile.
