Pogozo has a number of email features. This How-To Guide discusses our simple email templates. These emails can be used for communications such as booking confirmations and reminder emails as well as cancellation and DNA alerts.
We have created a number of default email templates for you to use. You can edit these and customise them to your business, or you can create new ones from scratch.
To manage your Email templates click on Settings then click Communication & Marketing and then select Email template.
To edit an existing template select the Edit button.
To create a new template:
Click + Add new template.
Fill in the relevant information.
To save, Click Create new template.
