Sending contracts and waivers via email for digital signing is a convenient way to collect client signatures on important documents.

From the Pogozo dashboard, click on Clients and select the specific client you want to send a waiver / contract to.

Once you are in that client’s profile, go to the Documents section. You can choose either a contract or a waiver, and the process is the same for both. For this example, we will use the waiver option.

When you click on Waiver, you can either select an existing template or create a new waiver document from scratch.

You can also attach documents to the waiver by uploading it directly at this stage.

Once you have chosen a template, written your document, or uploaded your file, review it and scroll to the very bottom of the page.

Click Save Document to proceed.

After saving, you will be redirected to the Documents page of the client’s profile.

Locate the waiver or contract you just created, then click on the three dots on the right-hand side. Select Email to client.

Your client will then receive an email containing the document, along with a secure link that allows them to sign it digitally.

Once the document has been signed by the client the status will change from Pending signature to Document signed and the date it was signed.
