When creating, printing or sending documents in Pogozo you can add your logo and/or letterhead for a more professional look.

Your logo and/or letterhead will be attached to the following:

  • Documents and letters

  • Contracts and waivers

  • Appointment and class lists

  • Treatment note exports

  • Report exports


Adding your logo to documents

Go to Settings, Documents & Templates, Document Settings.

Using the drop down select Yes to add your logo to documents. This will add your logo to the top left hand corner of the page. For steps on how to add your logo into Pogozo see this how to guide.

To save your changes scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update Changes.


Adding a letterhead

When adding letterhead information to Pogozo you have two options. You can use the text box provided to add your business information.

Alternatively you can add a digital letterhead such as an image by inserting am imagine into the letterhead box.

TIP Many businesses choose to insert a full width letterhead image that includes their logo and therefore choose not to include their logo via these settings.
