Before your clients can book appointments with your practitioners online via your website or through the Pogozo mobile app you will need to assign your practitioners as available for online bookings.
You can also customise the order of practitioners to show particular practitioners at the top of the list. This can be really helpful for encouraging bookings with new team members when you're starting to build their caseload.
To make a practitioner available for online bookings go to Settings, Appointments, classes & memberships then click on Website and App booking settings.
Scroll to the bottom and there is a drop down called Select practitioner for online bookings. Click on the drop down menu and select all the practitioners who you want to be available for online or mobile app bookings.
If you have selected multiple practitioners you can also set the custom order. Select Yes for the drop down Set custom practitioner order for online bookings.
Use your mouse to drag and drop your practitioners into the desired order.
Once finished don't forget to click save changes.
Your practitioners should now be available for bookings online and via the mobile app.
