Each practitioner in Pogozo can have their own recurring schedule that controls when they're available for bookings online and via the app. You can set different hours for each day, add shift breaks for lunch or travel time, and manage multiple locations - all from their team member profile.
Creating a schedule
Go to My Team and click on the relevant team member's name to open their profile.
Select Schedule.
TIP: If the Schedule option doesn't appear, check that the team member has been assigned the role of Practitioner — only practitioners can be assigned a schedule.
Select the appropriate Location and start and end times for each day the practitioner is scheduled to work.
TIP: If a practitioner has a split shift or you need to schedule a break such as a lunch or travel break, click Add Shift and set the additional hours.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
Changing or removing a schedule
Go to My Team and click on the relevant team member's name to open their profile.
Then select Schedule.
Update the Location and start and end times for the relevant days as needed.
To remove a shift entirely, click the X next to the location and time you'd like to delete.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
Adding one-off availability
Need to open up a one-off shift without changing their regular schedule? You can add an available block directly to the calendar.
Go to the Calendar.
Click on the day and time you'd like to add the availability.
TIP: Available blocks can only be added to future dates. A snapshot of each practitioner's schedule is taken at 11:50pm each day, and the schedule as it stands at that time is what's used for report calculations.
The book appointment pop-up will appear - at the top you'll see the options to Create an available block. Tick the checkbox.
Then set a start and end time.
If the change spans multiple days or follows a pattern (for example, three days in a row or every second Monday), you can customise a repeating available or unavailable block. Select Make recurring and fill in the details.
Finally click Create an available block.
Your available block will now be visible in the Calendar and the time will be available for booking online and via the Pogozo app.
