You don't want your massage therapist being booked for a podiatry appointment or your paediatric physiotherapist being booked for a women's health consultation. With Pogozo you can assign particular appointment types to each practitioner.
There are two ways you can do this - you can assign appointment types to a practitioner, or you can assign practitioners to an appointment type.
Assigning multiple appointment types to a specific practitioner.
This is a great option when you have a new team member starting and you want to set them up.
From the menu, select My Team.
Click the name team member you would like to assign appointments to.
Click Appointment Types.Under the Bookable column, tick the appropriate appointment types that you would like clients to be able to book with that practitioner.
These selections will auto save so no need to click save or update!
Assigning practitioners to an appointment type
This option is perfect when you are creating a new appointment type and want to assign it to members of your team.
Go to Settings, Appointments, classes & memberships and click on Appointment types.
Select Edit on the appointment type you want to update.
Scroll down to Practitioners available for appointment. Select the practitioners you wish to assign to that appointment type.
Don't forget to save your changes by pressing the Update button at the bottom of the screen.
