Pausing your membership gives you the flexibility to manage your commitments, making it easier to return when it suits you best.
To pause your membership, sign in to the Pogozo app.
Tap on to the Settings icon which at the top right-hand corner of the app page.
Tap on to the Memberships button.
That will take you to your My Memberships page and a list of your memberships will be shown.
Tap Pause Membership.
Enter your preferred Pause from and Resume on date.
Tap place membership on hold.
If you wish to resume your membership within the period of time that you paused the membership. Tap Resume.
Your membership will now be re activated.
