Pogozo has two calendars, an appointment calendar and a class calendar. Each calendar has different filters you can use to display your preferred information.
Practitioners may prefer to see their own personal calendar across their working week. A receptionist may prefer to see all scheduled team members on a single day at their location. While an administrator might want to look across multiple locations.
Once you have selected your preferred filters, Pogozo will remember your choices and display the last filers selected, meaning you can set it up once and come back to your personalised calendar each time.
How to select your appointment calendar filters
Go to Calendar and click on the Appointment calendar tab.
On the right hand side you will see 3 filters. View, Location and Practitioner.
The View filter allows you to select how many days to view at a time.
1 day shows a single day
3 days shows 3 consecutive calendar days, for example Monday, Tuesday Wednesday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday.
Mon-Fri shows Monday through Friday
Mon-Sat shows Monday through Saturday
Mon-Sun shows Monday through Sunday
The Location filter indicates which location/s are shown. You can see multiple locations on a single screen, which is great for team members who work across multiple locations.

The Practitioner filter allows you to customise who you see on your calendar. For example as a practitioner you may just want to see your own personal calendar, admin staff may want to see all practitioners and staff scheduling appointments may want to see All scheduled practitioners, who is any practitioner with availability during the displayed time period.
How to select your class calendar filters
Go to Calendar and click on the Class calendar tab.
On the right hand side you will see 3 filters. Location, Type and Coach.
The Location filter indicates which location/s are show. You can see multiple locations on a single screen, with each location displayed in a different column.
The Type filter shows the class types displayed. You can select a single class type, a few or all class types. Filtering by class type makes it easy to find the exact class you're looking for.
The Coach filter shows classes taken by a specific team member.
Once you have set your calendar filter preferences, Pogozo will remember them for next time!
