Pogozo allows you to record a client's gender as well as their gender identity so that communications with a client complies with their gender identity.
While the client's medical records may state a different gender, in certain cases, the gender they were assigned with at birth may be an important in the treatment that they receive.
Accordingly, it is important to record the gender and gender identity of each particular client. The ability to record a client's gender and their gender identity in the Client's Details and are included when the client's profile is created. These characteristics can be changed at a later date if circumstances require.
