Signing into the mobile app - existing clients

The Pogozo app makes booking your appointments and classes simple.

To get started you will need to download the Pogozo App onto your device. Pogozo is available in both the Apple and Google Play stores.

Open your App store and search for Pogozo.



Now that you have the Pogozo app on your device, you can sign into all of your existing Pogozo account.


Signing into the Pogozo mobile app for the first time

If the clinic or gym you attend has recently moved to Pogozo, it is likely they have already transferred you into their system. This means a Pogozo account has already been created for you. All you need to do is reset your password and complete the sign up process.

Open the Pogozo app and click Sign in.

Click on Forgot password?

Enter your email address and click Retrieve password.


An email will be sent to your account with a 4 digit verification code. Enter the verification code and select continue.

You will then be prompted to create a new password.


Your new password will need:

  • A capital letter

  • A lower case letter

  • A number

  • One of these special characters [@ $ ! % * ? & #]

  • And be more than 8 characters long

Once you have chosen a new password, follow the prompts, filling in your details as you go along. You can skip some steps if given the option at the bottom of the screen.

If you would like to set up family members as dependants such as children, you can do this now, otherwise you can skip and add them to your account at a later date.

You should then arrive at your personalised Pogozo dashboard.



Signing into the Pogozo mobile app

​Open the Pogozo app and click Sign in.



Enter your email address and password and click Sign in.

You should be taken straight to your Pogozo dashboard. If you are a client or member at multiple businesses that use Pogozo you will arrive at the dashboard of the business you last signed into.

Connecting to a new business through the businesses unique QR code

You can connect with a business via their unique QR code. This QR code may be displayed by the business via their website, sent to you via an email or on posters around the clinic or gym.

Open the Pogozo app and click Scan QR code.

Hold your phone up to the QR code and wait for it to scan.

You should then be redirected to a Welcome page. Enter your email and click Continue.

You will then be prompted to fill in your details for the new business. For privacy reasons, Pogozo doesn't share your information between businesses which is why you need to enter your details again. Continue to follow the prompts, filling in the rest of your details as you go along. You can skip some steps if given the option at the bottom of the screen.

You should then arrive at your personalised Pogozo dashboard.
