Add a client's payment method

You can add your client's payment details to Pogozo to make processing payments quick and easy. All client payment details are securely stored with our payment partner Stripe.

To add a client's payment method to their account you will need to go to their profile. Go to Clients, and search for a client by name or phone number.

To view the client's profile either click on their name or select View.

From within the client's profile go to their Finances details and click on Add Payment Method.

This will open an Add payment details pop up. Select a payment method, you can choose wither card or bank details.

Fill in the details required. Once you have completed all the details, be sure to click on the Add payment details button.

If the details have been added successfully you should see them in the client's profile.

Alternatively, your client's can manage their own payment details through the Pogozo mobile app. You can share our how to guide on adding client's payment detail via the Pogozo mobile app with your clients.
