You can easily pay client invoices online from your Pogozo account.
Before you start you will need to make sure your business is connected to Stripe. If you are not connected to Stripe yet you can use this how-to guide to get connected right away.
You will also need to ensure your clients have added their payment details to their Pogozo account. Clients can add their payment details via the Pogozo mobile app themselves, or your team can add client payment details to Pogozo on their behalf.
There are a number of ways to pay a client's invoice via Stripe. Before you make a payment, you need to have first created an invoice. Once that is done, you can find the invoice in either the finances section or via the client's profile.
Go to Finances and search for the invoice using the invoice number, client name or practitioner the invoice is linked to. You could also filter the invoices to see only invoices with a pending payment or failed payment status.
Alternatively, go to the client's profile and click on Finances and scroll down to invoices and click on the Outstanding filter.
β
Once you have located the invoice either through Finances or the client's profile click on the dots and there will be an option to Pay.
When you click Pay you will be taken to the payments page for that invoice.
β
Enter in the amount you wish to charge in the Account on file payment field.
To make a payment via Stripe click the Charge card/account on file button.
Confirm the amount you wish to charge and select the payment method (some clients may have multiple payment methods to choose from).
Then select Confirm.
If only part of the payment has been made via Stripe you can add additional payments in the other payment method fields if required.
Once all payments have been entered scroll to the bottom of the invoice and click Pay invoice.
A record of the payment will be saved in Pogozo, making it easy for you to see that the invoice has been paid.
