Adding a membership to a client's account

In addition to buying memberships through the Pogozo mobile app your team can assign memberships to clients from the client's profile.

To add a membership to a client’s account, click on Clients and search for the client using the search bar.

Once you have located the client open their profile by either clicking on the client's name or by clicking View.

From the client's profile go to Appointment & Classes and then select Memberships.

To add a new membership to the client’s account, click on the Add New Membership button.

From the drop down menu, choose the membership type.

You can also choose a membership start date in the future if required.

Adding a discount code will discount the membership based on the parameters of the discount code.

Adding a discount amount will discount the membership for both the initial membership payment and all future recurring payments.

Once you have completed all the membership details click on the Create Membership button.

PAYMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIPS

For businesses not connected to Stripe, when you click Create Membership an invoice will be created for the membership which can be paid manually.

For businesses connected to Stripe there will be two options for single memberships:

Create invoice for payment - will create an invoice in the client's profile which can be paid manually.

Pay via account on file - will charge the client's account through Stripe on the membership start date.

There will be a single option for recurring memberships, when you click the Create Membership Stripe will charge the client's account on the membership start date.
