Integrating your Pogozo account with your Stripe account allows you to customise the way your clients pay. From pre-payment at the time of booking to reoccurring payments for memberships and class passes - we've got you covered.
Already have a Stripe account? Linking your Stripe account with your Pogozo account is a quick and easy.
If you don't have a Stripe account, you'll have to create one before you can link it with Pogozo. You can create a Stripe account here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/register
To link your Stripe account, on the main menu go to Settings.
Click on the the sub-menu Business and then Integrations.
Scroll to Stripe integrations and hit Add Account.
Sign into your Stripe account with your Stripe account email and password.
TIP This does not have to be the same email you use for your Pogozo log in.
Continue to follow the prompts given by Stripe. Depending on how your Stripe account is set up, you may need to enter more information at this stage, such as director authorisation.
Once you've authorised Stripe access, you'll be brought back to the Pogozo integration page.
Thats it! You're now connected with Stripe. From here, you can process payments through Pogozo, request pre-payments on bookings and store payment details for reoccurring payments. Your clients will also be able to manage their own payment details through the mobile app.
BONUS TIP
Stripe is usually set up to take credit card payments but may not be set up to take direct debit payments via bank account details. If you want to give your clients the options to pay via their bank account you will need to make sure your Stripe account is "Active" for BECS Direct Debit (AU).
To do this head to your Stripe dashboard. Go to the Settings Icon, select Settings and then Payments.
Select the Payment methods tab and scroll all the way to the bottom. If the BECS Direct Debit (AU) status is Active with a green tick, you are good to go. However if it has a button that says Turn on, you will need to select the Turn on button and follow the prompts to ensure that your account will accept payment by direct debit/bank accounts.
