What this report shows
The Appointment attendance report shows how many appointments your business has booked, cancelled or missed (DNA) over time. It has three parts on one page: a bar graph you can view daily, weekly or monthly, a breakdown by appointment type, and a full list of individual appointments — so you can spot trends at a glance or drill down to a single booking.
How to open it
Reports → Appointments/Classes/Memberships → Appointment attendance report.
Appointment attendance (bar graph)
A bar for each period, showing appointment counts. Booked is selected by default.
Reporting period — Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
Week containing (Daily) or Year (Weekly/Monthly) — the range to show.
Location, Appointment category, Appointment type, Practitioner and Status — all multi-select.
Tip: Status defaults to Booked only. Add Cancelled or DNA to compare no-shows and cancellations against completed appointments on the same graph.
Appointment attendance details
A table of Booked, Cancellations and DNA totals for each appointment type. Set a Date (All Time, Date Range or Single Day) and any of the Location, Appointment category/type, Practitioner and Status filters. It generates once at least one filter is set.
Appointment attendance list
A row for every appointment, showing Client name, Practitioner name, Appointment type, Appointment date & time and Status. Filter it the same way as the details table, and use the pagination controls to move through results.
Note: if an appointment has more than one practitioner, it still counts once — all the practitioners' names appear together in the Practitioner name column.
