What this report shows

The Uninvoiced classes report lists class bookings that haven't been invoiced yet, so you can catch revenue you haven't billed for. A class booking is "uninvoiced" when it has no invoice raised against it (a voided invoice doesn't count) and it isn't covered by a membership.

How to open it

Reports → FinancialsUninvoiced classes.

The report doesn't load anything until you choose a filter, until then it shows "Please select a filter". Picking a status type, a location, or a full date range is enough to run it.

What's on the page

Uninvoiced classes table

One row per uninvoiced class booking, with these columns:

  • Class name is the class (links through to it in the calendar).

  • Patient Name is the client.

  • Practitioner/Coach Name is the coach who ran the class.

  • Location is the business location.

  • Date of class is when the class was.

  • Status is the booking's status.

This report is a list. It shows individual records, not calculated totals, so there are no formulas to explain here.

Filters and options

See Filters and date ranges for Location and the date controls.

Control specific to this report:

  • Status type. It is a multi-select to include class bookings by status: Booked, Cancelled, Late Cancelled, and DNA. When nothing is selected it reads "Status type: None" and, together with an empty location and date range, leaves the report on the "Please select a filter" prompt.

Printing and exporting

See Printing and exporting reports for how print and export work and the 1,000-row PDF limit.
