What this report shows
The Treatment plans report lists your clients' treatment plans, showing at a glance whether each plan is still active and how much of it has been used. Use it to review plans across your client base, spot plans that have lapsed, and see who is close to using up their allowance.
How to open it

What's on the page
Treatment plans table
One row per treatment plan, listing the client and their plan alongside the plan's key dates, its location and team member, and two figures that Pogozo works out for display:
Status shows whether the plan is Active or Inactive. This is derived from the plan's expiry: a plan still within its expiry date reads Active, and a plan that has passed its expiry reads Inactive. It's a plain live/lapsed label, not a calculated total.
Usage is shown as used / limit (for example 3/10), meaning how many visits or sessions have been used out of the plan's total allowance. It's a simple count of what's been used against the plan's limit.
Aside from those two display fields, this report is a list. It shows individual plans, not calculated totals, so there are no cross-row formulas to explain.
Filters and options
See Filters and date ranges for the shared filter behaviour and date controls.
This report has the richest filter bar of the Clients reports. Controls specific to it:
Location - narrows to a single location. It includes a synthetic None option to show plans with no location set.
Team member - narrows to a single team member. It also includes a synthetic None option for plans with no team member set.
Referral type - narrows to plans for clients from a particular referral type.
Status - narrows to Active or Inactive plans.
Usage - narrows by how much of the plan has been used.
Issue date is a date range that filters on when plans were issued.
Expiry date is a separate, independent date range that filters on when plans expire.
The two date ranges work independently, so you can, for example, look at plans issued in one window that are due to expire in another.
Printing and exporting
