Creating a booking link for your website
Your class booking link displays as a weekly or daily timetable, making it easy for clients to see what's coming up and book in.
Go to Settings select Appointments, Classes & Memberships then click Website Booking Builder.
Select Classes as the service type, then choose your filters:
Location - choose a specific location/s.
Class Category - choose the categories you'd like included
Class Type - choose specific class types to include.
Coach/Practitioner - choose a specific coach/s.
Calendar View - choose whether the link displays a weekly or daily timetable by default.
TIP: Leaving a field blank creates a booking link that automatically includes everything in that category — including any new class types, locations, or coaches you add in the future. If you select specific options, you'll need to update the link manually when things change.
TIP: Class types will only appear in the dropdown if they're set to allow online bookings. To make a class available, update the individual class type settings.
Optionally, you can add a URL that the client will be redirected to after booking - a thank you or booking information page on your website for example.
Enter the URL into the Redirect URL after booking field.
Click Generate to create your booking link.
Your unique booking link will appear under Your Booking URL.
Click Copy URL to copy it, or click Copy code to get the embed code to add directly into your website.
