The calendar icons give information about the booking at glance. The icons appear on the appointment bookings and inside the class details.
There are 12 different calendar icons/symbols:
Client booked via URL link (aka a website)
Client booked via mobile app
Client confirmed their booking via the Confirm My Booking link
Client had arrived /checked-in
Client is marks Did Not Attend (DNA)
Its the clients first appointment/class
Client has an appointment note
Client has a treatment note in draft
Client had a treatment note that is published
Client has a raised (unpaid/partially paid) invoice
Client has a paid invoice
Its the client's birthday!
Calendar icons and symbols
In the calendar view, you’ll notice different icons within each appointment block. Each icon represents a specific update or action related to that appointment or class.
A computer symbol means the client booked via the URL booking link (usually your website).
A mobile symbol means the client booked via the mobile app.
A green circle with a while tick means the client has confirmed their appointment/class using the confirmation link.
A green number 1 badge means it is the client's first appointment or class
A green calendar icon means the client has been Checked in for the appointment/class.
A red calendar icon indicates that the client has been marked as a Did Not Arrive (DNA) for their appointment/class.
A notepad with a black N means the appointment has an Appointment note attached.
Notepad with a red D means the treatment note for that appointment has been saved as a Draft.
Notepad with a green P means the treatment note for that appointment has been saved as a Published.
A red dollar sign ($) means the appointment or class has an Unpaid invoice.
A green dollar sign ($) means the appointment or class has a fully Paid invoice.
A birthday cake means it is the client's birthday today.
