There are a couple of reasons why you might not be able to write treatment notes for an appointment or class. Use the steps below to help you trouble shoot what might be blocking you.

You must be the assigned coach or practitioner to write a treatment note for a class or appointment.

To write a treatment note from the class or appointment calendar you must be the coach or practitioner assigned to that class or appointment.

If the add treatment note buttons are be greyed out, or the add treatment note option is not visible, it is most likely you are not the coach or practitioner for that appointment or class.

You can edit the appointment or class and assign yourself as the coach or practitioner. Once you have assigned yourself you should be able to write a treatment note.

You can only write one treatment note per class or appointment.

If you have already written a treatment note for an appointment or class you cannot add a second treatment note. Check to see if there is a treatment note already written, either published or in draft.

If there is already a treatment note written you can choose to delete the treatment note and start again or you can edit the treatment note and make any updates required before svaing as draft pr publishing your finished note.
