Treatment notes are usually linked to an appointment or class, however sometimes you may want to write an appointment note to record clinical details in a client's file.
For example you might write treatment notes for:
Calls with case managers or plan managers
Calls with other health professionals involved in the clients care
To record other correspondence such as emails
To create an appointment note not attached to an appointment go to the client's profile and select Treatment notes.
In the Select appointment drop down choose None
Choose an appointment note template. HINT we suggest creating a template called Notes with just a single paragraph text box.
Write your note and then either Save as a draft to come back to later or Publish.
The notes will appear in the Other section.
