Creating invoices for clients

Creating invoices is quick and easy! The best way to create an invoice for appointments and classes with all the correct details (such as the date and the practitioner) is to create them through the calendar.

Do you need an invoice not connected to an appointment or class? You can also create invoices in the finances section of Pogozo or from the client's profile.


Create a new invoice from the calendar

Go to the calendar and find the client's appointment or class that you want to create an invoice for and click on it.

For appointments, click on Create invoice.

For classes, click the three dots and click Create Invoice.

This will take you to the create new invoice page. Coming from the calendar, we have filled in most of the details required. If you want to make any changes, like adding a discount, adding products or additional billing items to the invoice you can do that now.

Then simply click the Create invoice button to create the invoice in the client's profile, the Send invoice to send the invoice to the client, the Send to other to send the invoice to one of the client's contacts such as a third party biller or a family member or Pay invoice to continue through to the payment page.



Create a new invoice from the client profile

From the menu, select Clients, then search for the client you want to create an invoice for.

Once in the clients profile, go to the Finances tab.

Scroll down to the client's invoices and select Add new Invoice.

This will take you to the create new invoice page. You will need to enter in the invoice location and add an invoice item (either a billable item or a shop item) as a minimum. You can also link the invoice to a team member or an appointment or class if you wish.

Then simply click the Create invoice button to create the invoice in the client's profile, the Send invoice to send the invoice to the client, the Send to other to send the invoice to one of the client's contacts such as a third party biller or a family member or Pay invoice to continue through to the payment page.

Create a new invoice from Finances

From the menu, select Finances. Make sure you are on the invoices tab and select Add new Invoice.

This will take you to the create new invoice page. You will need to enter in the invoice location and add an invoice item (either a billable item or a shop item) as a minimum. You can also link the invoice to a team member or an appointment or class if you wish.

Then simply click the Create invoice button to create the invoice in the client's profile, the Send invoice to send the invoice to the client, the Send to other to send the invoice to one of the client's contacts such as a third party biller or a family member or Pay invoice to continue through to the payment page.
