How to make a team member inactive (and active again).

When a team member is leaving your business making them inactive ensures they no longer have access to their account.

If a team member is no longer part of your business you can make then inactive. Making a team member inactive will prevent them from signing into their account, as well as remove the team member from being able to be assigned to appointments/classes if they are a coach or practitioner.

You can choose to make a team member inactive immediately or select a future date for a team member to become inactive. When choosing a future date, if the team member is a practitioner, Pogozo will remove their schedule after the inactivation date, preventing clients from being able to be booked via the web portal and the mobile and website bookings after the inactivation date.

IMPORTANT Making a team member inactive will delete all future appointments or classes if that team member is the only practitioner/coach assigned to that appointment or class. This can not be undone.

Before inactivating a team member make sure any appointment or class that you wish to keep is reassigned to a different team member.

To urgently remove access without deleting appointments or classes we recommend keeping the team member active but changing the email and phone number to something the team member does not have access to. This way they will be unable to log in using their usual credentials.

To make a team member inactive go to the team members profile.

Click the trash can icon to inactivate the team member. IMPORTANT Any future appointments or classes linked to the team member that do not have another coach or practitioner assigned will be deleted. This can not be undone.

You can choose to make the team member inactive immediately.

Alternatively you can choose a future inactivation date.

If choosing a future inactivation date set the date you want the team member to become inactive.

Confirm you want to deactivate the team member.

Once a team member is inactive you can find them again by clicking on the Inactive team member button from the My team page.

To make the team member active again click go to the team members profile and click on the activate button.
