Pogozo provides your business with the opportunity to create a team member schedule for appointments between the team member and your clients.
From the menu, select My Team.
Tap on the relevant team member’s name.
Select Schedule.
Note: If no schedule appears, check to make sure that the team member has been allocated the role of Practitioner.
Select the appropriate Location (if more than one).
Select the relevant shift times for that practitioner.
Note: If a practitioner has a split shift on one day, but at two different venues or times select Add Shift and follow the above steps.
Scroll to the bottom of the page,
Select Save Changes.
Should you wish to amend a team member’s schedule,
Select Edit and follow the steps above.
Should you wish to delete a schedule,
Tap X, to delete.
Click Save Changes.
